About Travelerous

Who are we?

We're avid travelers with a habit of researching our destinations before each trip. Having found a great many opinionated dissertations but few real facts regarding our journeys, we decided to create Travelerous as a place where people could get clear, factual information regarding the many aspects of travel.

What do we do?

Our goal is to provide fellow travelers with simple answers to travel-related questions. We want to take the frustration out of researching your travels so that you can spend more time enjoying them! We want to get past the opinions and find out the facts. In doing so, we depend on the generosity of fellow travelers who are willing to share their questions, answers and comments.

What we are not

We are not travel agents. We do not sell travel products nor services, though we may refer you to others who do. We are not partial as to which travel service providers you choose.

How you can help

We try to make Travelerous as enjoyable and useful as possible and the easiest way for you to help us make that happen is to register on the site. Registration allows us to provide more customized interactive features. In cases when you don't find what you're looking for, being registered allows you to ask a question. If you have useful travel insights, registration allows you to add comments to share with other fellow travelers. As Travelerous grows, being registered will also help you access other new features as they become available. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the site, we certainly welcome them.
