How can one go between Reagan National and Dulles International Airports?SuperShuttle provides a transfer service between Washington, DC's Reagan National Airport and Dulles
International Airport. The fare for the first passenger is currently
$30, with discounts for additional passengers and groups. A cheaper
option is to use the Metro light rail service, since Reagan National is located directly adjacent to a Metro station and 2 bus lines connect Dulles International to a Metro station. From Reagan National Airport, you can take the Blue Line north to Rosslyn and transfer to the Metrobus 5A Express to
Dulles. Train fares range from $1.65 to $4.50 during rush
hours and $1.35 to $2.35 during non-peak hours and the express bus
costs $3.10. Travel time is about 11 minutes for the rail portion and
about 12 minutes for the bus portion. However, you should budget extra
time for the transfer between the two, as they are not kept in sync.
