What is the Hong Kong Peak Tram?The Peak Tram transports passengers between the near-top of Victoria
Peak on Hong Kong Island at an elevation of 1,302 feet above
sea level and the near-bottom at 92 feet above sea level. The tram is operated by the movement of a steel cable and runs
along a narrow path .85 miles long up a hair-raising grade of 27° at its steepest. The
