Which electrical plugs and voltages are used in Belize?Belize uses type B and G electrical plugs with a voltage of 110 V or 220 V at 60 Hz. Because electricity is often provided by local generators, voltage may differ throughout the country but will generally use either 110 V with a type B outlet or else 220 V with a type G outlet. Most tourist-oriented locations favor 110 V.
